经过89年和90年的尝试，最终幻想从4代开始正式确立了将游戏音乐编曲发售的传统。
这张 Final Fantasy IV Celtic Moon 所有曲子采用的演奏风格十分统一，主要是为了表现凯尔特风情。
被写入日本小学音乐课本的 Theme of Love 也在其中(其实个人认为这首用这些乐器演奏腻了一点)。
