Electronic Arts 宣布PS3版Mass Effect 2发售日北美为1月18日，欧洲为1月21日。
一代故事以交互漫画的形式表现。
PS3版包括先前各种DLC:Lair of the Shadow Broker, Project Overlord, Kasumi: Stolen Memory和装备the Blood Dragon Armor，同时Zaeed and Firewalker的相关同样在Cerberus Network提供接入.
